TRAMA
Naru è l'unica operatrice televisiva afghana. I suoi colleghi e superiori sono tutti uomini, ma a lei non importa, sa di essere brava nel suo lavoro. Testarda, determinata, madre di un bambino piccolo con un marito fedifrago da cui si è allontanata, subisce la discriminazione in una società che considera le donne come subalterne. Siamo a Kabul, poco prima del ritorno al potere dei talebani, Naru non si fa imporre nulla da nessuno ed è pronta a dire la sua in ogni momento, tanto che si scontrerà persino con il noto giornalista d'inchiesta di Kabul News per cui si troverà a fare da operatrice.
