Backwards Compatibility

This repack IS EXTREMELY backwards compatible with my previous MK1 HV repack. The only changed files are setup.exe and fg-04.bin, everything else can be rehashed. Just make sure to rename "Mortal Kombat 1 [FitGirl HV Repack]" folder to "Mortal Kombat 1 [FitGirl Repack]" before rehashing.
