A mysterious and vengeful spirit marks and pursues anybody who dares enter the house in which it resides.

Audio tracks include the original lossless 5.1 DTS-HD MA Japanese track and a lossy version of that track, the lossless 5.1 DTS-HD MA UK English dub and a lossy version of that track, and the stereo AC-3 US English dub. Includes subtitles in English and three commentary tracks. For those wondering why this encode is a bit larger than usual the grain was really difficult to capture properly without sticking and smearing requiring the bitrate to be bumped up a bit.
