Vov Sticky Notes is a program that allows you to place notes on your desktop and set reminders for important events. The app's primary function is to allow users to place colorful stickers on their desktop. You can create as many as you like, resize them, and change the font, but there's no way to hide the title bar. Furthermore, the name displayed in the title bar is automatically generated, and it's impossible to keep notes on top of all other windows. Notes can't be hidden once they've been created.
