Driving instructor Brian loved his Fiat 500, until it rusted away. Now he wants a replacement, but good ones are pricey. With just £10k, can Sheldon and Peter come up with a dream car and still manage to make any money?

Episode 3 Triumph Herald

Peter wants a Triumph Herald Convertible, exactly like the one his father bought for him when he first learned to drive. But now rare, and often in poor condition, will £9k be enough for Sheldon to find a good one? Sheldon manages to track down a very original car, with just three previous owners on the logbook, but even before he gets it into the workshop, he loses all the gears. On top of that there is a serious oil leak coming from the rear axle which means the differential has got to come out, and it turns out that split windows in the original hood, cannot be replaced and bodywork expert Peter is going to be left struggling to replace the entire roof. With costs mounting, will all the work payoff, or will Sheldon and Peter be left empty handed?

Facing health issues, Rupert has decided life is too short not to follow his dream of owning a Morris Traveller. But, with values rising, can Sheldon and Peter find a way of making Rupert's £13k budget stretch to a good one?

Episode 5 VW Golf Cabriolet

Eric loves open-top motoring, but his sports car is too low and he needs an automatic. Sheldon and Peter suggest a VW Golf Cabriolet, but will Eric's £10k budget be enough to buy the car and fix the problems they find?

Episode 6 Volvo 850R

Norman has dreamt of owning a Volvo 850R, ever since watching Volvo British Touring Cars race in the 90s. But, with just £10k in the pot, will fixers Sheldon and Peter be able to bring Norman's dream to life?

Episode 7 Alfa Romeo Spider

John has wanted an Alfa Spider, ever since watching Dustin Hoffman drive one in The Graduate. After a health scare, he's decided to take the plunge, can Sheldon and Peter turn John's 17k budget into the car of his dreams?

Episode 8 VW Beetle Cabriolet

James has a healthy budget of £24,000 for a fun car he can share with his family, but will Sheldon and Peter find a way of turning a mint, imported Beetle Cabriolet into the unique car that James is really hoping for?
