Plot
Milo Boyd, a down-on-his-luck bounty hunter, thinks he's seeing an upswing in fortune when he gets a call to bring
in his bail-jumping ex-wife, a reporter named Nicole. Milo considers the job an easy payday, but Nicole quickly
escapes to chase a lead on a murder case. The former spouses play an escalating game of one-upmanship, until they
suddenly find themselves on the run for their lives.
Trama
Milo Boyd è un ex poliziotto con una ex moglie. Cacciatore di taglie per sopravvivenza e non per vocazione, gli
viene offerta la possibilità di pareggiare i conti con Nicole, giornalista d'assalto sposata per nove mesi e poi
congedata per incompatibilità. Sulle tracce di un omicidio mascherato da suicidio, Nicole manca la convocazione in
tribunale per oltraggio a pubblico ufficiale e diventa suo malgrado latitante. Beccata e sfuggita più volte allo
zelo dell'ex marito, Nicole finisce per chiedergli aiuto nell'indagine. In fuga da loro stessi e da un presunto
assassino, Milo e consorte rivedranno le rispettive posizioni, volgendo lo smarrimento in crescita, e l'animosità
in un ritrovato amore.
