Synopsis:
Set during the brutal Eastern Front campaign of World War II, the film examines the tragic dilemma of Estonia in 1944, a small nation whose men were forcibly conscripted into opposing armies. The narrative splits between the perspectives of Estonian soldiers fighting within the 20th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS, and their fellow countrymen drafted into the Soviet Army's 8th Estonian Rifle Corps. As the Tannenberg Line collapses and the Soviet forces advance, brothers, neighbors, and former friends are forced onto a collision course where they must look through the sights of their rifles at their own compatriots.

• Video: Transcoded into next-generation AV1 via libsvtav1 using a 10-bit (Main 10) profile. Presented in its native wide cinematic 2.40:1 scope resolution (1920x800) at a constant 24.000 FPS. Film Grain Synthesis (FGS) was strictly deployed to isolate, reconstruct, and overlay the original cinematic grain, providing transparent visual details without wasting metadata allocation.
• Audio: Retains the original native Estonian 6-channel (5.1 Surround) multi-channel mix, encoded in advanced libopus at a high bitrate to ensure a full theatrical battlefield soundstage.
• Subtitles: Seamlessly remuxed with custom timing-aligned English text-based subtitles (SRT / SubRip), configured as the Default stream for universal cross-platform compatibility.
• Chapters: The complete 7-chapter timeline from the retail release has been fully multiplexed and preserved.
