General Maxime was meant to serve as a puppet of the Legion.
Instead, the young scholar, inspired by the Ancients, has begun
reshaping the capital through bold reforms, even founding a
Parliament. Change breeds enemies. From shadowed streets to noble
halls, tensions rise. Hired to restore order, you must uncover what
drives the turmoil and bring lasting peace to Isandrin, before the
city tears itself apart. Unrest in Isandrin is more than rumor.
Chaos can be felt, seen, and measured in the life of its streets.
As tensions spread, the capital grows harsher. Prices surge,
contracts vanish, riots erupt, districts close, and danger follows
you even within the walls.
