Jangkrik Boss Part 2, picks up on the adventure of Dono (Abimana Aryasatya), Kasino (Vino G Bastian) and Indro (Tora Sudiro) in searching for the treasure to pay their debts, so they could avoid prison. The neighboring country, Malaysia, is their first destination at the start of this film. The bag with the codes to the treasure which gets mistakenly switched with one belonging to a pretty Malaysian woman, Nadia (Fazura), leads them to all sorts of unimaginable places, concluding at a haunted uninhabited island. On the island, they are forced to split up and face scary yet hilarious ghosts.
