PhraseExpress is a macro tool for automatically inserting text. It's great if you constantly type the same phrases. For example, say you work with email and write the same greetings, signatures, and replies every day. This tool automates all of that. You set a hotkey or abbreviation, and the software will automatically insert the text where needed.

Features:
It's simple to use: create a library of phrases and assign abbreviations or hotkeys to them. For example, type "prv" and the program automatically replaces it with the full greeting, including your name and job title. It works similarly to Ctrl+V, except it inserts pre-written text.
The interface isn't the most user-friendly, and it takes some getting used to. The list of hotkeys isn't obvious, and it might be confusing for a beginner.
Among the downsides, I noted that there's a delay of about two seconds when quickly reusing the same command. If you press the hotkey twice in a row, the second time may not work.

The program supports macros and has automatic correction. It can insert dynamic data, such as the current date or whatever's in your clipboard. Phrases can be organized into folders and synced between PCs.
A similar program is FastKeys, which is also a text automation tool and can launch applications and manage windows. It offers more functionality but is also more difficult to understand.
