Vov Sticky Notes is a program that allows you to place notes on your desktop and set reminders for important events. The app's primary function is to allow users to place colorful stickers on their desktop. You can create as many as you like, resize them, and change the font, but there's no way to hide the title bar. Furthermore, the name displayed in the title bar is automatically generated, and it's impossible to keep notes on top of all other windows. Notes can't be hidden once they've been created. The portable version requires no installation, no key, or crack for registration; just unpack and enjoy. Vov Sticky Notes lets you create reminders that display a notification on your desktop at a specific time. These alerts can be one-time, hourly, daily, monthly, or yearly. However, you can't choose between multiple notification types, disable the default sound, or replace it with a custom one. Furthermore, it's impossible to edit reminders once they've been created. While they can be easily removed from the system tray menu, it can be difficult to identify specific notes because their descriptions aren't displayed.

Overall, the software is decent, but there are too many downsides. I don't think it's worth the money, but it's up to the author to decide.
