Plot:
Als politieagent Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln; “Strike Back”) wakker wordt in het ziekenhuis nadat hij is neergeschoten tijdens een achtervolging, lijkt alles verlaten. De bloemen naast zijn bed zijn verlept. Als hij naar buiten gaat om uit te zoeken wat er aan de hand is, vind hij een enorme hoeveelheid lijken naast het ziekenhuis. Als hij verdwaasd verder door het verlaten dorp loopt, komt hij Morgan Jones (Lennie James; “Jericho”) en zijn zoon tegen. Eerst wordt Rick door hen als vijand aangezien maar de twee besluiten hem toch op te vangen. Nadat Rick weer bijgekomen is, vertellen Lennie en zijn zoon wat er aan de hand is.
