Graveyard Shift - Stephen King 1990.
When her mother Edna disappears, her daughter Kay drives from Melbourne with her
daughter Sam to the countryside where her mother lives. Edna has dementia and
Alzheimer and Kay organises with the local police a searching party in the woods.
Out of the blue, Edna appears at home but is reluctantly to say where she was.
Edna's behaviour is erratic, changing from gentle to violent, and the house has
many Post-it recalling Edna simple information. Kay leaves Edna with Sam and
travels to Melbourne to find a nursing home for her mother. Meanwhile Sam snoops
around and finds dreadful discoveries in the house.
