The program has a filter system, flexible configuration options, you can specify folders for storing emails, and do other simple things. That's it, I'm leaving the review; my five minutes are up, good luck! This nasty thing won't launch without Outlook, which I've never had, so I couldn't take screenshots, but a fun patch showed that the hack worked perfectly.
