RELEASE NOTES
Used MakeMKV 1.17.8 for the DV videostream, The rest was demuxed with eac3to.
Video from the USA UHD and Audio from the GBR BD.
I chose the PCM track from the GBR BD, it definitely has some flaws (clipping), but the other BDs like NLD have a very tame mixdown.
I decided to use the more *in-your-face* audio, despite the clipping!
It has been converted from PCM to DTS-HD MA using DTS-MAS.
I've listened to both tracks and the sections with clipping do not sound distorted or poor.
Subtitles from all discs and the web (iTunes, Netflix)(Thanks FLUX), synced and tonemapped as required.
Named chapters from the NTSC DVD, set to matching I-Frames.

EUR, USA and BRA audio were very similar to GBR and NOR is missing parts of the film. FRA is DTS-HR and TUR is a strange mix.
